4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Texas Toast or day old bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, eggs, salt, and cinnamon. Dip Texas Toast or day old bread into mixture. Fry and flip on griddle.
