1 can King Oskar Fiskeboller
3 Tablespoons.butter
3 Tablespoons flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 -1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the can of King Oskar fishballs
Make the white sauce of melting the butter, stirring in the flour and adding the milk gradually to make a smooth sauce Stir in salt and pepper.
You can make this lighter or heavier according to the among of ingredients.
Add the fishballs and enjoy served with potatoes.

This was a favorite of Grandpa Engebret as well as it is for Emma! Those of you who saw the Church Basement Ladies play remember they had a can of the King Oskar fishballs.
