8 Green Bell Peppers
3 lbs. Hamburger
2 large Cans Tomato Sauce
2 eggs
1 large onion (chopped)
1/2 cup flour
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix together Hamburger, Eggs, chopped Onions, Flour, Salt and Pepper. Remove tops and seeds from Peppers. Press Hamburger mixture into Peppers and place in baking dish. If there is any remaining Hamburger mixture, just roll into meatballs and place in same pan. Bake at 350º for one hour, Pour Tomato Sauce over Peppers and continue baking another hour or until Peppers are done.

I serve these with mashed potatoes and corn. This is my all-time favorite meal. Delicious!
