1 stick butter softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
2 cups self-rising flour
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Beat together softened butter, sugar, and 2 eggs; then add 2 cups self-rising flur alternate with 3 ripe bananas mashed, add 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring. Bake in a loaf pan 1 hour at 350º
