1-2 lbs. salmon filets
1/2 C dark brown sugar
2 T soy sauce
2 T orange juice
4 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon filet in a pan. Combine all ingredients and pour over salmon. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Grill for 10-15 minutes (or roast in oven at 425 for 15-20 minutes) until salmon begins to flake, brushing with the sauce as it cooks.
