Ingredients:  
2 lb. pork tenderloin
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 t cumin
1 t chili powder
1 t cinnamon
2 T olive oil

Sauce
1 C brown sugar
2 T chopped garlic
1 T Tabasco sauce

Mangos

Coconut Rice
Desired amount of white or brown rice
1 can coconut milk
1/3 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork with spices. Sear seasoned pork in olive oil in frying pan.
Place in baking dish or crockpot with sauce ingredients.
Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 3-4 hours (or in crockpot for 6). Pull apart and serve with coconut rice and mangos.

Coconut Rice:
Cook desired rice, add coconut milk, sugar, simmer for a while
