Ingredients:  
1 1/2 C flour
2/3 C sugar
1/2 C cornmeal
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 1/4 C milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 C vegetable oil
3 T butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl.
Stir together well until blended.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or paper-line 18-20 muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes, and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
