10 Chicken Breasts
1/2 to 1 c. melted butter
24 Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
3/4 c. chopped Pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sweet basil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.

Cut chicken breasts to 1-1/2 inch chunks. Dip in melted butter. Combine crackers, cheese, pecans, salt and basil. Roll chicken in mixture, coating well. Bake on shallow baking pan in a 325°F oven for 25 minutes or until brown. Serve with tooth picks.
