4-5 medium yellow squash/sliced
1 medium yellow onion/chopped
1 medium bell pepper/chopped
1-2 cloves garlic/chopped
2-3 slices of bacon/chopped
Parmesan and or romano cheese/grated
3-4 tbsp butter
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add bacon, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt and pepper to skillet and saute until bacon begins to turn brown and veggies start to carmelize. Add squash and butter and continue to saute until squash is cooked. Remove from heat and spread evenly in skillet, sprinkle with Parmesan/romano cheese and serve. I think that's it! Enjoy
