4 thin turkey cutlets
pizza sauce
salt & pepper
mozzarella cheese, grated
fresh or dried marjoram


Pizza Toppings:
frozen broccoli, cooked and cut in small pieces
canned corn, drained
crushed pineapple, drained
ham, cut into small pieces
any other pizza toppings of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Wash and dry cutlets and pound flat. Place them separately in an oblong pan and spread pizza sauce on the cutlets and season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Top with your favorite toppings, then add grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, then broil for remaining 5 minutes.

This is a recipe from a German cooking magazine, so you may have to adjust the cooking times and oven temperatures. What I like about this recipe is that the turkey cutlet is the pizza crust!
