1 sm. head cauliflower (5 cups)
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
3/4 c. butter

Boil cauliflower, about 8 minutes. Drain. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and seasonings. Place bread crumbs and cheese in large plastic bag. Add a few florets at a time to egg mixture, toss to coat. Using a slotted spoon, transfer florets to crumb mixture, toss to coat. In skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook cauliflower until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
