1 baked pie shell (9 in)
1 3oz pkg cream cheese
1 tsp milk
1 1/2 strawberries
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy creamer
2 tbsp sifted confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Allow cheese to reach room temperature. Add milk, spread over bottom of pie sheet. Mash about 1 cup strawberries and combine with sugar and cornstarch and water. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat about 2 minutes or until translucent. Then remove to cool and add butter. Arrange whole berries on cheese, save some for garnishment. Pour cooled mixture over berries. Chill for 2 or 3 hrs. Whip cream add confectioners sugar. Top pie with remaining berries.
