Directions:
Make recipe of pie crust, put into pie plate, pierce with a fork and bake at 425ºF until slightly brown (about 10 - 15 min, time may vary). Add chocolate chips in an even layer on the bottom of the cooked pie crust right after it comes out of the oven. Spread melted chocolate chips. Put in freezer or refrigerator until hardened. Make pudding according to the pie directions on the box & add to pie crust. Add whipped cream to cover the pudding. Toast coconut & sprinkle over the top.

Personal Notes:
This pie is my version of Marie Calendar's German Chocolate pie. Be careful not to burn the coconut while toasting it like I always seem to do!
