Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
(3) 4oz. cans chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
(1) 16 oz. can limas rinsed and drained
1 1/4 oz. pk. of taco seasoning
1 1/2 cup water
(3) 14 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans (black beans or pinto beans can be used also)
1 can hominy, drained
1 can mexican corn
For Garnish:
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese, nachos, sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, brown ground beef and onions...drain. Add all other ingredients, bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 30 minutes.
