1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Mix together with a pastry utensil or just mix in mixer, only till mixed. Chill this over night for easier handling. Take half the dough and make a ball. Dampen your counter top and put a piece of waxed paper on the dampened counter, sprinkle the wax paper with a little flour. Place dough on waxed paper and flatten a little with your hand. Sprinkle a little flour on top of the flattened ball of dough and place another piece of waxed paper on top. Roll out to fit your pie pan. Carefully remove the top piece of waxed paper and holding on to the bottom piece of waxed paper, turn upside down into pie pan. Bake according to pie directions. (Makes 2 crusts)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is Ilene Dover's recipe. I have never used any other recipe for pie crust. This turns out flakey and good every time. If you don't chill it, you won't be able to handle it.
