4 Cups French Fried Onions (8 oz)
4 Tbsp Flour
8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Egg (Beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Place french fried onions and flour into a plastic bag. Crush with a rolling pin. Transfer to a shallow dish. Dip chicken into beaten egg and coat with crumb mixture, pressing firmly to chicken. Place chicken on a greased baking sheet. Bake chicken at 400° for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
