1 Kg y ˝ de papas precocidas, peladas y partidas en rodajas
200 grs. de jamon delgado en rebanadas
200 grs. de queso cheddar en rebanadas finas
Salsa Bechamel
1/4 de crema

SALSA BECHAMEL
100 grs. de harina
1 lata de leche evaporada
Pimienta al gusto
Un poco de cebolla picada
Un poquito de nuez moscada
50 grs. de mantequilla

Directions:
Se derrite la mantequilla. Se agrega la cebolla picadita, se frie, se pone el harina. Se disuelve con la leche evaporada sin dejar de mover y se le agrega pimiento, sal, un poco de knorr suiza y la nuez moscada al gusto. Se le agrega la crema a la salsa béchamel.
Se unta con mantequilla un refractario hondo. Se pone en el fonod un poco de salsa béchamel y se van poniendo en capas las papas ya cocidas y rebanadas, el queso en rebanadas, el jamon en rebanadas y asi sucesivamente.
Se hornea hasta que burbujea.
Se puede servir acompanando una carne o pollo asado..
