2 eggs, 1 c. cooking oil, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbsp. water, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 3 large pears, 3/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. flour,

Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, cooking oil, vanilla and wter, sift all dry ingredients together and add to first mixture. chop pears in small cubes (if soft pears). if hard pears, grate or rind. fold pears into dough. bake in 350º
