Ingredients:  
1 lb squash, sliced, cooked & drained
1 can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 egg
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 small onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients and put in greased 2-quart casserole.

Topping:
1/2 stack Ritz Crackers, crumbled
1/2 can Durkee fried onion
1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs and onion rings on top. Drizzle melted margarine over all. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
