2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt 1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. soda 2/3 c. butter
3 bananas 1/3 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. more buttermilk 2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and soda. Add butter, bananas, and 1/3 c. buttermilk. Mix well and add 1/3 c. more buttermilk and eggs. Bake @ 350º for 30-35 minutes. Check with a cake tester. FOR FROSTING: mash a small banana with 1/2 tsp. lemon juice. Mix in a little milk and 2 c. powdered sugar to make it a spreadable frosting.
