1 pkg raspberry gelatin
1 pkg cherry gelatin
1 can seedless white cherries
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, frozen
1 (16 oz) coke, partially frozen
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in the heated juices from the cherries and pineapple. Then add coke, cherries, pineapple and nuts. Pour into a mold and place in the refrigerator to congeal. Unmold gelatin and grate frozen cream cheese over the pie to resemble snow.
