2 Tbsp butter, melted
3 Tbsp buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
Peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar (except approximately 1/2 cup), butter, buttermilk and vanilla thoroughly. (At this point you can also add food coloring for whatever season or holiday you are celebrating.) Form into a dough-like ball.
Roll out length-wise on a 24-in piece of wax paper. Use extra sugar to sprinkle on surface of dough to keep rolling pin from sticking. Continue rolling out dough as wide as possible and as long as possible.
Smooth peanut butter over entire surface.
Finally, roll up dough into a long tube shaped roll.
Freeze at least 15 minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces. Store covered in refrigerator.
