6-8 squash
1 medium onion
2 eggs
½ cup mayo
½ cup sour cream
¾ cup milk
12 saltines
1 pkg ranch
1 cup cheddar cheese
1-2 cups break crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Boil squash and drain. Mix all other ingredients except bread crumbs. Fold squash into mixture. Pour into sprayed 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes, top with bread crumbs and bake an additional 15 – 20 minutes.
