1 lb ground turkey (brown)
1 med. Onion (diced)
2/4 cup cheddar cheese
3 eggs (beaten)
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
1 9” frozen deep pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Sprinkle meat onion and cheese in shell. Beat eggs and milk w/ fork. Add slat and pepper pour over all. Bake 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 45 minutes.
