Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry Jello with cake mix. Beat eggs and water.
Add oil and stir mixture into cake mixture. Follow directions on package for mixing cake. Bake in greased pan until done. A tube pan (Bundt) can be used or a square pan. While cake is baking, squeeze juice from 2 lemons (1/2 cup lemon juice) and add powdered sugar (very thin). When cake is done, cool for 20 minutes than pierce holes over all the cake and pour lemon juice mixture over cake. The cake soaks up the mixture and needs no frosting. You can put a little whipped cream on each serving if desired. Serves 10.
