1 pkg chicken tenderloins sliced in 1/3’s
Assorted vegetables (diced red peppers, carrots, summer squash, zucchini, broccoli, spinach, peas, diced tomatoes, and asparagus. Thinly slice the carrots and zucchini length-wise)

Sauce:
2 tbs butter
Juice of ˝ lemon
White sauce mix 2 tbs
1 tbs dried thyme or 2 tbs fresh thyme
1 ˝ Chablis (white cooking wine by Holland house)
1 cup water
˝ tsp crushed garlic
1 few crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
˝ cup heavy whipping cream

Heat butter in pan, add garlic (low heat), and add thyme, Chablis, crushed pepper, and lemon juice. Cook for a few minutes over medium heat. Add water. Mix white sauce mix w/ sour cream so it’s not lumpy. And add to pan. Add the cream and stir until slightly thickened. Set aside. Sauté chicken over medium heat. Set aside. Sauté veggies, starting with denser veggies first (carrots, asparagus, peppers) add the rest and cook until done but not soggy. Add cooked farfalle pasta to pan and add sauce and chicken. Cook until heated through and thickened
