"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Remove Refrigerated Pie Crust and allow it to reach room temperature. Cube leftover Roast, Potatoes and Carrots into 1 inch pieces and simmer in 1 Cup leftover Broth or water. Drain can of Sweet Peas and add to Mixture. Let mixture simmer down 5 minutes to reduce liquid and then stir in the 2 jars Heinz Beef Gravy. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from stove. Unfold one layer of Refrigerated Pie Crust and line the bottom of a 9x9 or similar size casserole dish. Pour Roast Beef mixture into casserole dish. Unfold remaining Refrigerated Pie Crust and place it on top of Roast Beef mixture, folding under and crimping the edges of the crust. Make slits on top of pie crust. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 425º. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

This is a quick and easy way to use leftovers. When I remove the baked pot pie from oven, it is so pretty and looks like I went to a lot more trouble than I did.
