1 - 2lbs pork meat cut into small pieces
1 can Ortega chilies
1 or 2 jalapeņos
1/2 - 1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meat until done; drain water; mix in chilies, onion, garlic, salt and tomato sauce. Add water if preferred more soupy.
