1 cup butter
1-2 Tbsp. instant coffee crystals(Caf Lib or Inka)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond flavoring
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup ground almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with foil. MIx and combine coffee crystals, vanilla, almond and salt. Beat in butter. Add sugar and beat until blended. Add flour and chocolate chips. Put mixture into pan. Press down with hands. Sprinkle and press ground almonds on top. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Cool and break into bite-size pieces or cut while warm.
