3/4 lb. ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas
2/3 cup fresh or canned chopped tomatoes
1 cup uncooked noodles
1/2 - 3/4 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

Brown the meat and season. Add the vegetables and cook for few minutes.
While beef is browning cook noodles and drain. Add to meat mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over all. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes to blend flavors.
