1 box (6 oz) seasoned croutons
2 pounds pork sausage
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese,grated
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms,drained
1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles,drained
2 cups milk
8 eggs
1 tsp dry mustard
1 can (10) oz cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.Coat a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish with vegetable spray.
Layer croutons,sausage,cheese,mushrooms and chiles in baking dish in the order listed.
Beat milk and eggs together until frothy. Stir dry mustard and soup together until well mixed and add to egg mixture. Stir together to blend and pour over layered ingredients.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake for 1 hour.
