2 eggs
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp.salt
1 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly beat eggs and add the rest of the ingredients.
Beat until smooth. Heat 3-4 inches of oil to 400 degrees. Heat rosette iron in hot oil. Tap excess from iron. Dip iron into batter until 2/3 covered. Fry until golden brown. Gently push rosette from iron and invert on paper towels to drain. Stir batter each time before dipping the heated iron. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
