1 lb ground beef
1 can Tomato Soup or equivalent Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup favorite salsa
1/2 cup water
6 flour or corn tortillas(6") cut into 1" strips or 2 cups Fritos
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Optional additions:
1 cup corn kernels
1 small can sliced and drained olives
1 can drained and washed black beans
1/2 cup sour cream

Toppings:
More cheese!
Sour cream
Chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef until well browned. Pour off fat. Stir in soup/sauce, salsa, water and tortillas/Fritos. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with preferred toppings. Serve with a side of corn chips.

This recipe is very flexible with ingredients. If you add all the optional items listed then add a little more water.This is a one skillet dish and very easy for children to make.
