Can of sweet peas, drained but reserve juice
Head of iceberg lettuce (shred very thinly)
1 quarter white onion (diced very small)
1 cup of mayonnaise
Reserved juice from canned sweet peas
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shred lettuce and chop onion. Add to large mixing bowl. Drain peas but save the pea juice, approximately 2 - 3 tbsp. You'll need it for the dressing. Add peas to salad. In another bowl add mayo and enough pea juice to make it a thin but dressing like texture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in the dressing and enjoy!
