2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 cup coarse dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped apple
2 Tbsp. chopped raisins (or use currants - they're so small they don't need to be chopped)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch sage
2 Tbsp. hot water
8 thin pork loin chops OR 4 thick chops
1/2 pkg. brown gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
In 4-cup glass measure, melt butter on High for 45 seconds. Add bread crumbs, apple, raisins, salt, sugar, onion, pepper and sage, mixing lightly. Moisten slightly with hot water.
Trim all fat from pork chops. Place 4 thin chops in bottom of 8-inch microwave baking dish. Divide stuffing into 4 portions; palce 1 portion on top of each chop. Cover chops with 4 remaining thin chops, pressing together lightly. (If using 8 thick chops, carefully slice the chops to make a pocket and place 1/4 of stuffing mixture into each chop. Secure with toothpick if necessary.) Sprinkle brown gravy mix over top of chops. cover with waxed paper.
Cook at 70% power (roast) for 14-18 minutes or just until done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
