2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 cup diced canned tomatoes
1/4 cup fined chopped onion
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in 1-quart pan over low heat. Heat until cheese melts, stirring often. Serve warm with chips or crackers.
