1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
1/3 cup hot water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
5 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and set aside yeast, sugar, hot water.
Melt 1/2 cup butter in 1 cup milk (microwave)
In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 tsp salt - pour milk and batter mixture over this, mix, let cool.
Beat 3 eggs and add to milk mixture
Add and mix in yeast
Stir in 5 cups of flour (dough will be very sticky)
Cover and chill in fridge at least 4-6 hours (can be as much as 4-5 days, 1 day ahead is good)
Divide batter in half, roll out (much flour will be needed since dough is so sticky) Cut in pieces and roll up as crescent rolls, place on cookie sheet
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes
