2 cups maseca (ground corn flour - not cormeal)
1 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 cube melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the eggs, butter and milk. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes until a light golden brown color
