Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups potatoes
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup flour
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil the potatoes. Cool slightly and then put through ricer so there are no lumps. Cool completely. I like to do this the day before so it isn't so long when you go to make the lefsa. Mix the prepared potatoes, milk and butter. Add flour and salt.
Form into balls. Then roll out to size about 8 inches diameter or larger.Use lots of flour when rolling the dough. Bake on a round, dry electric griddle. Brown on each side. When you remove from griddle allow to cool on rack before stacking them on top of each other. Also brush off the excess flour.
Grandma's secret fold and cutting method: When cool fold round in half and then in quarters. Take a scissor and cut from point to middle of outer edge. Then you can stack these triangle in piles and place in freezer bags before freezing. Can freeze for up to 3 months and still be fresh when you eat.
