1-7 oz can water packed tuna, drained and flaked
1-3 oz package Neufchatel cheese
2 Tbsp celery, finely chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together except the parsley. Allow 2 tsp for each, form mixture into small balls and roll in parsley. Chill well. Serve with cocktail pickles. Makes about 30 balls.
