2 halibut steaks
1 8-oz can Italian tomatoes
4 Tbsp olive oil
4 shallots
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp capers
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Fresh Basil to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Crush garlic and sauté in olive oil; add halibut and brown lightly on each side. Slice shallots and add to pan; sauté until the shallots begin to become transparent. Add tomatoes, capers, pinch of salt, fresh ground pepper, and basil. Simmer for 1 hour and serve with rice and vegetable.
