2 lb halibut steaks
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
½ cup green pepper, minced
¼ cup yellow pepper, minced
½ cup onion, minced
6 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a shallow baking dish and arrange the fish in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the tomatoes, peppers and onion over the fish. In a small pan, melt the butter with the lemon juice and hot sauce. Drizzle the butter mixture over the fish and vegetables. Bake for 25 minutes. Baste with the ban juices every 10 minutes.
