5 boneless pork chops
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
2 celery ribs, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 14 ½-oz can petite-diced tomatoes
½ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp beef base
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Place pork chops in a slow cooker. Add onions, celery, green pepper, and tomatoes. In a small bowl, whisk ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and bouillon cube. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 5 ½-6 hours. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into liquid in the slow cooker. Cover, cook on high for 30 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve over noodles or rice.
