5 LARGE YELLOW SQUASH
3 LARGE ZUCCINI
1/2 ONION
3/4 C BREAD CRUMBS
2 EGGS
SALT TO TASTE
1 1/4 C CHEDDAR CHEESE

Directions:
Directions:
CUT SQUASH & ONION IN LARGE CHUNKS AND BOIL UNTIL SQUASH IS SLIGHTLY SOFT. DRAIN AND MIX EGG, BREAD CRUMBS AND 1/2 CUP CHEESE ADD SQUASH, ONIONS AND MIX TOGETHER. SPRINKLE THE TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE. BAKE 350 ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE HAS MELTED.
