6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 c oil
1 c flour
1 T salt
1 T pepper
4 c marinara sauce (see recipe in Sauces)
1 c grated parmesan cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over medium high heat. Put flour, salt and pepper in a gallon size ziplock bag then shake it to mix. Add chicken breasts to the bag and shake until chicken is well coated. Fry chicken in hot oil until lightly browned on both sides. It does not have to be cooked through. In a 9X13 casserole dish, pour 2 cups of marinara to coat the bottom. Place lightly fried chicken breasts over the sauce and top with remaining sauce. Top with cheeses and bake at 350º for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
