2 C cooked rice
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
½ t salt
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med onion
3 T oil
8 oz of cheese whiz (or velveeta)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in oil then add broccoli and salt. Heat soups and cheese in microwave until well blended. Add broccoli/onions and rice and mix thoroughly. Pour into oiled baking dish and cook at 350 for 20-30 min.
