2 T butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c coconut
1 c milk
1 t vanilla
2 T cornstarch
pinch of salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell . Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes. Allow to rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.
