15-1/2 ounce can red kidney beans
15- ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
15-ounce can great northern beans, drained
15-ounce can butter beans, drained
1 lb. fully cooked smoked sausage, halved lengthwise and cut into ½-inch slices
1-1/2 cup Ketchup
1 medium green sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce

In a 3-1/2, 4, or 5-quart crockery cooker combine non-drained kidney beans, drained black beans, drained great northern beans, butter beans, sausage, Ketchup, green sweet pepper, onion, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and hot pepper sauce. Stir all ingredients together. Cover, cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.
