1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Crackers or french bread slices
Garlic cloves or sliced green chilies (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Break apart artichoke hearts. Mix with mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Can add chopped garlic cloves or sliced green chilies if desired. Cook in a stoneware or glass dish for 30 minutes at 350º until golden brown. Serve with crackers or on top of french bread slices.
