One medium onion thinly sliced
4 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced or chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
4 cups chicken or vegetable stock
1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
1 cup Half & Half
1/4 cup dry sherry
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and mushrooms in butter until onion is transparent. Add flour and cook 15 minutes. Add chicken stock and cook 10 minutes - stirring until smooth. Add wildrice, Half & Half, & sherry stirring until heated through. Garnish with parsley.
